Our Teams
Maxcode has several high-skilled teams. We try to organise a team as a small autonomous organisation. That does not imply that the team is to do everything by themselves. We support them, take away impediments and help out on all sorts of tasks. Team members are encouraged to act accountable towards each other, other teams and the client. That requires skills, a variety of disciplines and different levels of seniority. All our clients communicate directly with the teams and make their arrangements with the team members. Preferably the team decides on required team extensions, the level or expert domain of a new team member, the software they want to use. Sometimes a team really identifies itself with a customer, we think that is the best compliment a team and Maxcode can get. Yet, at the end of the day, we’re all Maxcoders.
