Since joining Maxcode in 2011 as a full-stack developer, Madalin has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success, particularly in the fintech and medical sectors.
Throughout his career at Maxcode, Madalin has excelled in multifaceted leadership roles as both Team Lead and Tech Lead. His adept leadership has driven team expansion, cultivated robust client relationships, and elevated technical proficiency, communication and client interaction to new heights. With his commitment to delivering next level tech, Madalin nurtures talent and consistently ensures client satisfaction.
At the core of Madalin’s approach lies a philosophy centred on excellence, team synergy, and client collaboration. By prioritizing continuous learning and fostering open communication, he consistently achieves superior results, exceeding client expectations and producing impactful outcomes.
Madalin studied Computer Science and Software Engineering at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași, Romania.
